1. About Us

Flashpoint Logistics Ltd is a courier and logistics company based in West London, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Flashpoint Logistics Ltd. References to "you" or "the customer" refer to any individual or business using our services.

2. Services

We provide same-day delivery, next-day delivery, business logistics, and nationwide courier services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Flashpoint Logistics Ltd.

A booking is only confirmed once we have explicitly accepted it in writing or by telephone. Submission of a quote request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if:

• The actual load size or weight differs from what was stated
• Additional stops or route changes are required
• Waiting time exceeds 15 minutes at collection or delivery
• Access issues require additional effort from the driver

We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding where possible.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled collection are free of charge
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled collection may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed price
• Cancellations after the driver has arrived at the collection point will be charged in full

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring goods are properly packaged and safe for transport
• Providing accurate collection and delivery addresses
• Ensuring someone is available at the collection and delivery points
• Declaring the nature of goods being transported
• Ensuring goods are legal and permitted for road transport in the UK

6. Prohibited Items

We will not transport the following:

• Illegal substances or items
• Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
• Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
• Live animals
• Human remains
• Any item prohibited under UK law

We reserve the right to refuse any job at our discretion without providing a reason.

7. Liability & Damages

We take reasonable care of all goods entrusted to us. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for damage to improperly packaged goods
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, road closures)
• Our maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the goods, up to £500 per consignment unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses

Claims for damaged or lost goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment is confirmed. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
